Frequently Asked Questions
How do I add a patient room?
Open Room Watch and tap the "Add Room" button. Enter the room number or name and confirm. The room will appear on your active watchlist immediately.
How do I set a timer for a room?
Tap on any room in your watchlist to open its detail view. Use the timer controls to set the desired duration, then tap "Start". You will receive an alert when the time is up.
Will I get notified when a timer expires?
Yes. Room Watch uses iOS notifications to alert you when a room's timer reaches zero. Make sure notifications are enabled for the app in your iPhone's Settings → Notifications → Room Watch.
Is my patient data stored in the cloud?
No. All room names and timer data are stored locally on your device and are never transmitted to our servers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Can I use Room Watch on multiple devices?
Room Watch currently stores data locally on each device. Cross-device sync is not available at this time. If you need this feature, please let us know at info@deliverohealth.com.
What iOS version is required?
Room Watch requires iOS 16.0 or later.
