Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 4, 2026
Delivero Health ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use the Room Watch mobile application ("App").
1. Information We Collect
Room Watch is designed with privacy in mind. We collect minimal information necessary to provide the App's functionality:
- Usage Data: Anonymous, aggregated data about how the App is used (e.g., features accessed, session duration) to improve performance and user experience.
- Device Information: Basic device identifiers and operating system version, used solely for compatibility and crash reporting purposes.
- Room and Timer Data: All room names and timer configurations you enter are stored locally on your device. We do not transmit or store this data on our servers.
We do not collect personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, or patient data through the App.
2. How We Use Information
The limited data we collect is used solely to:
- Ensure the App functions correctly across different devices and iOS versions.
- Identify and fix bugs or performance issues.
- Understand general usage patterns to improve the App.
3. Data Storage and Security
Room and timer data you create in the App is stored locally on your device using Apple's standard secure storage mechanisms. We use industry-standard technical measures to protect any data that does pass through our systems.
4. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party services for crash reporting and analytics (such as Apple's built-in analytics framework). These services operate under their own privacy policies and collect only anonymized data. We do not sell your data to any third party.
5. HIPAA Notice
Room Watch is a workflow tool intended to help healthcare providers manage their time. The App is not designed or intended to store, process, or transmit Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined under HIPAA. Users are responsible for ensuring they do not enter patient-identifying information into the App.
6. Children's Privacy
The App is intended for use by healthcare professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
